We share your data with our service partners to provide your service, market new products to you, and potentially your landlord should your landlord opt-in to have us service the entire facility to prevent duplicate charges and to facilitate keeping our rates low. For any information collected as part of this website and/or our service, it is the property of Pilazzo LLC, and may be retained by Pilazzo LLC indefinitely.

Service Terms

Your subscription service includes, unless otherwise agreed in writing, pickups 3 days a week either on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Your trash must be outside your door by 5PM. Pickups begin around 5PM and end at 1-2AM. Your exact pickup time will vary.

In case of inclement weather, your pickup may be delayed or cancelled if necessary. Inclement weather pickups will occur between 6-9AM the following day if possible.

For each scheduled pickup, your subscription includes 1 kitchen sized bag (13 Gallon) and one large cardboard box (Approx. 3FTx3FTx3FT). You may stack smaller cardboard boxes within the larger cardboard box. Trash bags larger than 13 Gallons will not be picked up for safety reasons. Excessive bags/Cardboard will be picked up, and a $10 charge per bag/box to compensate for the additional time required to serve your unit. You agree by using this service to charge these charges to your card on file. Bags that are ripped or torn may not be picked up. 

You agree to keep your entryway and front door clear of any hazards and dangers. You agree not to put any dangerous objects or biohazards in your trash (including but not limited to glass, knives, and/or needles) in such a way that they could become a danger to Pilazzo LLC or their employees. You agree that you are responsible for any injuries resulting from improperly disposed of dangerous objects or biohazards. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Derogatory behavior, speech, and actions will not be tolerated. You agree that Pilazzo LLC is an invitee to your facility and unit. You agree that Pilazzo LLC does not have any ownership, custody, or control over any portion of the property where your service address is located. You and/or You also agree and understand that Pilazzo LLC is not the only person or entity taking trash to and from units to the dumpster. Pilazzo LLC specifically disclaims any and all claims or responsibility for any injuries or damage to People, Pets, or Property. You agree to indemnify and hold Pilazzo LLC harmless for any and all claims related to providing you this service, which includes being on the property where your service address is located. 

This service is only possible at this price point because we keep the service efficient. There is an inherent inefficiency in serving complexes where not all the units participate in the service. When more than 25% of the units in a complex participates in this service you agree that we may negotiate with the landlord to have all the units serviced through a contract with your landlord at no extra charge, and you agree that in doing so we can agree on your behalf to have the service added to your lease and charged through your landlord instead of through us.
